Since joining Landmark in 2004, Don’s primary focus has been the buying, selling, and leasing of retail and restaurant properties though both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation. He also has expertise and has been involved in many land, office, and investment transactions as well.
Don’s prior entrepreneural ventures and skills in both franchise ownership and national executive restaurant operations has aided many clients from the business aspects of: site selection, finance analysis, leasing involvement, marketing, and daily operation resulting in closed transactions.
Don’s dedication and positive demeanor to his clients as well as integrity in the real estate industry have earned him recognition in the brokerage community. Don is one of Landmark’s top producers and he is a consistent recipient of the Wichita Area Association of Relators Master’s Circle, which honors the highest producing individuals during a single year.
Don enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is also a member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Perish.
Don is a Kansas Certified Commercial Investment Member, National Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), International Council Shopping Center Member (ICSC), Kansas Association of Realtors (KAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Education: Wichita State Univeristy, Hutchinson Community College, and CCIM Designation.
