Fueled by a deep passion for commercial real estate, Clay first joined Landmark as an intern in May 2024. His dedication and skill facilitated a swift transition to the role of sales associate, where he now dedicates his time to understanding and achieving clients’ needs and objectives.

Clay is currently pursuing a double major in Business Management and Accounting at Kansas Wesleyan University, where he is set to graduate in May 2025. During his time at KWU, he has served as Student Body President and was a member of the university’s football team. He has also earned recognition as a two-time DECA World Finalist in Business-to-Business Marketing, showcasing his strategic thinking and competitive excellence. These experiences have instilled in him a drive to lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful results.

A strong advocate for continuous learning, Clay draws inspiration from books like Good to Great by Jim Collins to fuel his personal and professional growth. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Clay stays active with CrossFit and enjoys spending time outdoors, creating cherished memories with friends and family.
