Ted Branson has been a commercial-industrial specialist for 32 years. He ran the Wichita Coldwell Banker Commercial office for the past 7 years. For 24 years before that he worked for his father, the late Robert Branson, in the family’s commercial brokerage and property management business, Branson & Associates, Inc. Ted graduated from WSU. He is a member of WAAR, KAR, and NAR Realtor associations, and the local CCIM chapter. Ted has 2 sons, Blake, 20, and Jeff, 15. He is involved at First Evangelical Free Church. Ted has handled all types and sizes of leases and sales for retail, office, warehouse, manufacturing, mini-storage, land and investment properties, with priority on the best interests of the client. The new affiliation is a great fit, as Ted brings industrial expertise that Landmark has wanted, and they provide retail, office, land and development brokerage depth to his work in those areas.
