Lewis was born and raised in Rossville, KS, a small farming community near Topeka. He graduated from Rossville High School and Washburn University of Topeka. Lewis has a family background in healthcare, skilled nursing and assisted living management. Lewis’ family owned and managed the local nursing home in Rossville for over 20 years. Lewis moved to Wichita after college in 2001 and was the assisted living director at Park West Plaza Retirement Community in west Wichita until 2008. During the 7 years at PWP, Lewis focused on marketing the property and financial management. PWP became a leading continuing care retirement community in Wichita with assisted living, independent living, memory care, and full nursing. Lewis’ years there has gained himself trust and credibility from many families in the Wichita area.

During the past year, Lewis was involved with a development group that developed and operated skilled nursing homes. In 2004, Lewis became a licensed real estate agent with J Russell Commercial. Throughout the past few years, Lewis has closed land deals in west Wichita for strip centers, medical buildings, and other retail buildings. Lewis is married to Bree Russell Kelley, who is also an agent with Landmark. They have one son, Luke. Lewis enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, genealogy, boating, and going to their family home on Table Rock Lake. Lewis and Gary Snyder are teaming to focus on retail leasing, site selection, medical leasing/build-to-suit, and land sales. Lewis will also be involved with development of senior living projects.
