Specializes in retail site selection, brokerage, leasing, development and consulting. Active in brokerage of investment real estate and the sale of hotels/motels. A university graduate with a double major in Real Estate/Land Use Economics and Finance, he started his career in 1987. As a member of Landmark Commerical Real Estate, Inc., he continues his professional career in commercial real estate, and has helped redefine client based real estate service in the Midwest.
